1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Luna Boat Trips website and booking our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings made through our website are subject to availability. The prices of all excursions are subject to change without prior notice, although prices for confirmed bookings will be honored as agreed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled trip may be subject to a cancellation fee. If a trip is canceled by Luna Boat Trips due to severe weather conditions or mechanical failure, a full refund or an alternative date will be provided.

4. Safety and Conduct

The safety of our passengers and crew is paramount. The Captain reserves the right to refuse boarding to any individual who appears intoxicated, unruly, or who poses a danger to themselves or others. All passengers must follow the safety instructions provided by the crew at all times.

5. Liability

Luna Boat Trips is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings brought on board. Passengers ride at their own risk, and by boarding the vessel, they acknowledge the inherent risks associated with maritime travel.
